Step into the next round with Next Round Life Champs!
Our Adult Boxing Class is designed for adults of all experience levels—from complete beginners to those looking to sharpen their boxing fundamentals and improve their conditioning.
Participants will work on boxing fundamentals, footwork, offense, defense, combinations, conditioning, and skill development in a supportive and structured environment.
